Shopdarr is a consumer-tech blog. We follow the things people actually spend money on and spend time with: new phones and gadgets, the games everyone’s playing, the space and science stories worth a second look, and cars as they go electric. Running alongside all of that is a plain-English strand on the money side of starting and running a small business.
A feed, not a shop
Despite the name, there’s nothing to buy here. Shopdarr is a reading feed: everything is free, there’s no sign-up and no paywall, and we try to explain what a story actually means for you rather than just repeat that it happened.
How we work
Posts are written and edited by the Shopdarr editorial team. We cover a lot of ground, so we lean on official sources and first-hand reporting, and we’d rather say “we don’t know yet” than guess. When we link out — including the occasional sponsored link that helps keep the lights on — it never changes what a piece says.
